Do I need an account?
No. Your collection and its cost basis are stored in your own browser (localStorage) — there's no login or signup, and nothing is uploaded unless you choose to receive the email digest or price alerts. If you do, only your email plus the card IDs, quantities and alert targets needed for those emails are sent; unsubscribe removes them.
How is my collection valued?
Each card is valued at its live TCGplayer market price, updated from real market data. The 'net if sold' figure is the best take-home across eBay, TCGplayer, Cardmarket, Whatnot and direct sales after fees and typical shipping.
How do I track profit and loss?
Enter what you paid for each card in the 'Paid' field. The tracker compares that cost basis against today's live market value to show your unrealized profit or loss in dollars and percent, plus your best and worst performers. Basis is per unit, so a card you own several copies of is costed correctly.
What are the sell/buy signals?
Each card shows SELL if it is trading well above its 30-day average (hot), BUY if below (a dip), or HOLD if it is steady. They are data-driven signals, not financial advice.
