CardLedger is an independent Pokémon card price guide. You do not need an account to use any of it. Your binder, collection, watchlist and price alerts are stored in your own browser by default and are not sent to us.

We do not sell your personal information. We use no tracking cookies unless you explicitly accept them, and we keep any measurement privacy-light.

Tools such as the digital binder, collection value tracker, watchlist and price alerts save data to your browser's localStorage (for example a list of card IDs and the prices you entered). This data stays on your device, is readable only in your browser, and is removed if you clear your browser storage.

Because this data is local, we cannot see it, restore it or delete it for you. You are always in control of it. Use the Backup & restore tools on the binder, watchlist or collection pages to keep your own copy.

If you choose to receive the market digest or price-alert emails, we store your email address and the small set of card IDs, collection quantities, alert targets and watched-card IDs needed to build those emails. This is sent to our backend only when you add your email or when you change the lists while an email is saved.

New addresses use double opt-in: you must click the confirmation link before any digest or alert email is sent. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that removes your address and synced lists. You can also remove your data by contacting us.

We use an email delivery provider (currently Resend) to send these messages. We do not sell or use your email for advertising, and we do not send email to addresses that have not confirmed.

If you accept cookies, we may run privacy-light, cookie-less analytics (for example Plausible or a self-hosted Umami instance) to understand aggregate page usage — such as which pages are popular. This data is aggregated and is not used to build advertising profiles.

If you reject or have not yet responded to the consent banner, no analytics script is loaded.

Advertising may be used to support the site. Where ad partners are enabled (for example Google AdSense), they may set cookies to serve and measure ads, subject to your consent. We do not control those third parties' data practices; please review their policies.

You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's storage or clicking Reject in the consent banner.

Outbound links to marketplaces such as TCGplayer, Cardmarket and eBay may be affiliate links. When you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Those marketplaces and their affiliate networks may set their own cookies when you click through.

Affiliate relationships never change the prices shown or our editorial assessment.

We rely on third parties for card data, email delivery and monetisation: the Pokémon TCG data feed (CardDex, api.carddex.dev, and its image CDN), Resend (transactional email), TCGplayer, Cardmarket, eBay, affiliate networks (e.g. Impact, eBay Partner Network) and, if enabled, advertising and analytics providers.

Each of these operates under its own privacy policy.

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR/UK GDPR or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. For browser-local data, clearing your browser storage is enough. For email subscriptions, use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us and we will remove your address and synced card lists.
