About the daily record
What counts as a new high or low here?
Each day CardLedger records the live TCGplayer market value of every tracked card. A card appears here when its most recent recorded value is the highest (or lowest) it has ever been since tracking began — a genuine all-time high or low in our own record, not an estimate.
How often does this update?
The records update with each daily market-data refresh. A card only qualifies once it has at least two days of recorded history, so the lists populate over the first days of tracking and then refresh continuously.
Why do new highs and lows matter?
New extremes often mark momentum inflection points. A wave of new highs can signal a hot sub-market, while new lows can flag value windows — pair each with the card's full price page, momentum and net-after-fees before acting.
